Coming Soon to Netflix

Netflix is a place where you can go to watch movies and TV shows and pretend you don’t have other things you should be doing. Whether it’s for 20 minutes or 20 hours, Netflix is there to watch, so it is important, and essential, to know what new shows and movies are coming out.

In March, a variety of different types of shows are coming like The Beginning, a new crime anime series about a new species of humans. This is the description provided by Netflix: “Using breakthroughs in technology and neuroscience, this series examines how environment affects infants--and how infants can affect our future.” It will be added along with season three of Love, a comedy series about modern day romance, “Rebellious Mickey and good-natured Gus navigate the thrills and agonies of modern relationships in this bold comedy co-created by Judd Apatow,” and season two of A Series of Unfortunate Events, following the Baudelaire kids: “The extraordinary Baudelaire orphans face trials, tribulations and the evil Count Olaf in their fateful quest to unlock long-held family secrets.”

Certain movies coming out will be Game Over, Man! starring Adam Devine, “Three buddies with big dreams go from underachieving slackers to badass warriors when their posh hotel is taken over by terrorists,” and a documentary called Ladies First, covering the inspirational story of Deepika Kumari, “Born amid poverty and limited women’s rights in the village of Ratu, India, Deepika Kumari rose to become the No.1 female archer in the world at 18.”

There are many more to come later in 2018. Season two of Marvel’s Luke Cage, about a superhuman ex-con, “A hoodie-wearing, unbreakable ex-con fights to clear his name and save his neighborhood. He wasn’t looking for a fight, but the people need a hero,” season two of Mindhunter, a serial killer drama, “In the late 1970s two FBI agents expand criminal science by delving into the psychology of murder and getting uneasily close to all-too-real monsters,” and season three of Better Call Saul, which is a Breaking Bad prequel that people are seeking, “This Emmy-nominated prequel to “Breaking Bad” follows small-time attorney Jimmy McGill as he transforms into morally challenged lawyer Saul Goodman.”

Another show people have long anticipated is 13 Reasons Why, a story about *SPOILER AHEAD* Hannah Baker and the tapes she hands out to students who led her to her death, “After a teenage girl’s perplexing suicide, a classmate receives a series of tapes that unravel the mystery of her tragic choice.” The show was mildly popular when it came out last year, and many people have been looking forward to the big release. There are many more shows, movies, and Netflix Originals that are coming out later this year that will have people binging for many more hours.
